Turnkey Property Services was founded nearly six years ago as Murphy Cleanout Services when we were fed up with a lack of reliable and professional cleanout and junk removal providers. Over time, our clients asked us to handle more of the renovations that followed our cleanout. Murphy Cleanout Services begin providing handyman services, painting, and maintenance, eventually becoming a full-service turnover provider – Turnkey Property Services.

Turnkey Property Services is locally owned and operated. We help property managers, investors and homeowners renovate hundreds of properties each year and continue to grow with our customers.
